Dental care for Kids

We love helping kids keep their smiles healthy! We recommend a child's first visit be scheduled as early as when their first tooth has been in for six months or when they are two years old.

A few ways we cater to kids:

  • Welcome them with our kids play area

  • Keep them comfortable with fast and fun visits

  • Give them encouragement through our Cavity Free Club

Procedures We Offer

Cosmetic Dentistry

There are many different techniques to shape, sculpt and change the appearance of your smile to make you more confident. With a few simple steps you can have a smile you feel great about. We offer composite restorations (Tooth Colored Fillings), tooth whitening, veneers, crowns and dental implants to transform your smile.

Dental Implants

When teeth are lost due to decay or an accident, a dental implant may be a good solution. A dental implant is a titanium fixture placed into the bone to replace the root of the tooth. Titanium is a bio-compatible material that serves as a strong foundation. Once that has integrated with the bone, a crown can replace the missing tooth

Veneers

Veneers are thin, cosmetic coverings that are placed over the front part of the tooth. They look like a natural tooth. Veneers can be used to correct a wide range of dental issues such as stained, crowded or chipped teeth.

Whitening

Always wanted whiter teeth? Whether its a Hollywood smile or just a few shades brighter, we can help you achieve your goals. With our custom tray system you can safely whiten your teeth at home with clinical strength whitening gel.

Crown

A crown is a cover or cap over the tooth. The crown strengthens the tooth and restores it to its normal shape, size and function. A crown is used on a tooth that has been compromised by a large filling, crack, or a tooth that has had root canal therapy.

Bridge

A bridge is a replacement tooth that fills the space where one or more teeth are missing. The bridge restores your bite and connects the two existing teeth with one or more porcelain teeth.

Root Canal Therapy

Root canal treatment is needed when the pulp (the soft tissue inside the tooth that contains the blood vessels and nerves) becomes inflamed or infected. This can be caused by a cracked or chipped tooth, a deep cavity or filling, or other serious injury to the tooth. Root canal therapy entails removing the pulp and replacing with a rubber-like filling material to seal the canal. After a root canal is completed a crown is then placed over the tooth to seal and strengthen it.

Periodontal Therapy

Periodontal disease, also known as gum disease, is an infection of the gum and bone that support the teeth. If Periodontal disease is not treated, it will get worse and lead to tooth loss and could contribute to their health issues. You may not be aware of the problem until your gums and supporting tissues are damaged. Fortunately, periodontal disease can often be treated with a deep cleaning called scaling and root planing.

Invisalign

Invisalign may be an alternative to traditional metal braces for many patients from children to adult. Invisalign uses a series of clear, flexible trays to straighten teeth, correct gaps, crowding and mild bite issues.

A Positive Experience
Going to the dentist has always been incredibly anxiety provoking for me.  I have had many bad experiences in the past.  Dr. Leinen knew that and took every effort to make the experience positive for me.  That I really appreciated.  I also know Dr. Leinen is a man of deep values and faith.  Personally for me, knowing what kind of person Dr. Leinen is outside of the office, made me more comfortable knowing that I can trust him with my oral health needs.  - Sarah
