Nate Leinen, D.D.S. | Owner

Dr. Nate Leinen grew up in Spencer, Iowa. He attended the University of Iowa where he graduated from the College of Dentistry in 2004. While there in 2001 he married his high school sweetheart, Lesa. In 2004 they moved to the Des Moines area and he began practicing in Grimes, Urbandale and Johnston. In 2011, he came to Ankeny and they built a home here in 2014. He and his wife Lesa have 3 amazing daughters, Ava, Autumn and Ambrey. They are very involved in gymnastics, swim team, choir and dance.
Brad Millard, D.D.S. | Owner

“Everyone Smiles In the Same Language”
Dr. Millard was born and raised in the Des Moines area. Upon graduating from high school he went on to serve in the United States Army Special Operations Command from 1997-2004. After serving, his parents were not surprised that Dr. Millard decided to pursue his childhood dream of becoming a dentist.
In 2012, he graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry.
Dr. Millard enjoys the art of dentistry and believes in continuing education. He is honored to have the opportunity to mentor other professionals on new procedures, including his passion for dental implants.
Dr. Millard, his wife Claudia and their children live in Ankeny. In his free time, Dr. Millard volunteers his time helping homeless Veterans. He also enjoys traveling, running, cycling and the outdoors. In the office, Dr. Millard looks forward to providing each patient detailed, personalized and quality care.
Dr. Daniel Finn
Member: American Dental Association, Iowa Dental Association
Dr. Finn was born in Emmetsburg, Iowa and grew up with six siblings. He is a 1980 graduate of the University of Iowa and a 1984 graduate of the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Dr. Finn has practiced in Perry and Waukee since 1990. He is married to his wife Kris. Kris has taught high school special education for forty years. They have four sons and five grandchildren. In his spare time Dr. Finn enjoys Hawkeye athletics, weight training, cycling, and attending his grandchildren’s sporting events.
Dr. AJ Foley
Member: American Dental Association
Dr. Foley is a native of Des Moines and an Urbandale High School graduate. He completed his undergraduate degree at lowa State University in Kinesiology in 2019 and went on to complete his graduate studies at the University of lowa College of Dentistry in June of 2023. Dr. Foley has decided to stay in lowa because of his sincere passion for the community. Dr. Foley is a member of the American Dental Association and has a desire to continue educating himself on the latest innovations in dentistry to bring forth the highest level of patient care. In his spare time, Dr. Foley enjoys spending time with family and friends, recreational sports, working out and collecting sneakers.

Candis | Dental Assistant
Candis previously worked as an optometric/ophthalmic assistant and is currently working to obtain her certification as a registered dental assistant. In her free time she enjoys attending her children’s sporting events, photography, crafting & tending to her animals on her homestead. She has lived in Perry going on 10 years now with her husband and children. She is excited to join the summit family team and to continue to learn more about dentistry as well as helping serve her community.
Madison | Dental Assistant
Madison is a Registered Dental Assistant. She recently obtained her Expanded Functions certification this year. She was born and raised in Boone, Iowa where she currently resides with her 5 year old son, Brooks. She enjoys the connections she makes with the patients and seeing the smiles that come along with the job. Madison is excited to continue her education in the dental field and looks forward to the years ahead with Summit!
